Seirian joined Osborne Clarke in September 2021 as a Senior Knowledge Lawyer within the Financial Institutions Group. She works across four core service lines: financial regulation, funds, payments, and consumer finance.
Seirian's practice covers a broad range of financial services clients, including FinTechs, fund managers, banks, payment providers, and consumer finance firms.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Seirian frequently advised on regulatory issues affecting clients such as banks, investment managers, and private investment funds. She has also spent time on secondment to a leading investment bank's corporate banking business, focusing on payments regulation.
Seirian studied English at Oxford University before qualifying as a solicitor in 2015.
