Sarah acts for a number of large investment clients on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and asset management of retail parks and shopping centres.  

She also acts for corporate occupiers on complex lettings including HQ relocations and portfolio expansions.

I have extensive experience in acting for both landlords and tenants, meaning I keep abreast of legal developments which will affect both landowners and occupiers and can readily anticipate what the areas of concern will be for either party in a transaction.

My knowledge of both landlord and tenant concerns means I can assist clients in ensuring their precedent documents (including template heads of terms) are fit for purpose. I have recently worked closely with a large investment client to update its precedent retail park lease for use across its portfolio.
