Sarah Moran

Sarah is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Litigation team in Bristol.
Sarah's practice focuses on all aspects of property disputes, with a particular expertise in acting for developers on a diverse range of property issues, including boundary disputes, easements, restrictive covenants, rights of way, trespass claims, nuisance and negligence claims, option and overage disputes, developer agreements and misrepresentation. Sarah also regularly advises on the Electronic Communications Code, the Electricity Act 1989, the Water Industry Act 1991, compulsory purchase and matters involving professional negligence.
Sarah joined Osborne Clarke in October 2019 having gained over 8 years' experience working for a FTSE100 housebuilder.
Sarah is currently studying towards a MSc in Rural Estate Management.
Sarah is a member of the Property Litigation Association, Women in Property, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (student membership) and the Central Association for Agricultural Valuers (probationary membership).
