Sarah is a knowledge lawyer providing the training and knowledge services for the Corporate team and its clients, having joined the Osborne Clarke Knowledge team in September 2020.
She previously spent 7 years in house at John Wood Group PLC (a FTSE listed oil and gas engineering consultancy) in Reading as Senior Legal Counsel working on corporate, banking and commercial law matters. She focussed particularly on M&A, group reorganisations and financing work.
Prior to her stint in-house, Sarah was a Senior Associate in the Osborne Clarke Thames Valley Office Corporate team, working on and managing a wide range of M&A, private equity, venture capital and general company advisory work. She joined Osborne Clarke in 2005.
Accordingly, she has seen transactions from both the client and law firm adviser perspective, giving her a great deal of insight into the Corporate service line.
She studied languages at Durham University, before studying for the PgDL in Guildford and LPC in Nottingham. Sarah trained and qualified as a lawyer at Allen & Overy LLP in the City of London.
