Sarah Forshaw

Sarah is an Associate our non-contentious Construction team in Bristol. She is involved in wide variety of construction projects, with a particular interest in energy and infrastructure.

Her role includes drafting and negotiating contracts (both standard international forms, as well as bespoke contracts), ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on risk mitigations strategies and project management. Sarah works with a range of clients including employers, contractors, developers and investors.

Sarah is South African qualified. She has international experience, having previously worked at a large international firm in South Africa and national UK firm before joining Osborne Clarke in early 2025.
