Sarah is an Associate in our Commercial team. She acts for clients across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on Mobility and Infrastructure, and Technology, Media and Communications.

Sarah advises clients on a broad range of commercial matters. Her expertise includes drafting and supporting the negotiation of complex commercial agreements, navigating challenging contractual issues and regulatory compliance, and providing a commercial perspective across corporate transactions.

Sarah qualified at Osborne Clarke in September 2024 after completing her training contract with the firm.
