Sarah Butterworth

Sarah is an Associate in the Property Disputes team. She regularly advises commercial landlords and tenants, developers and investors, utilities providers and telecommunications operators on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious property litigation matters.

Sarah has particular experience in commercial landlord and tenant disputes. Her expertise includes the management of large property portfolios and lease renewals (and service of the associated notices), real property disputes, property insolvency issues and rent arrears claims in addition to developer disputes, boundary disputes and disputes under the Electronic Communications Code.

Sarah joined Osborne Clarke on qualification in September 2022. Prior to commencing her training contract, Sarah was a property disputes paralegal and worked with a variety of high street retailers, local government bodies and developers for over three years.
