Sally Kim

Sally's career spans over a decade as a business development professional in the legal sector including working in the Technology, Media, Communications and Life Sciences sectors. 

Sally made a lateral move in 2024 to Osborne Clarke Solutions, the technology innovation arm of Osborne Clarke, where she was able to bring her strategic approach, understanding of client needs, sectors and innovative thinking, to drive the team's strategy, growth and service offering to clients.

Sally's commitment to leadership and professional development is evident through her participation in the Women Talent Pool Programme (7th edition) with the European Network for Women in Leadership (WIL Europe), where she was one of 48 women selected for the 2022/2023 programme. This experience has further honed her leadership skills and expanded her professional network across Europe.

Her diverse background, which spans international sales, communications, and legal business development, has equipped Sally with a unique perspective and a versatile skillset to navigate the complex business challenges through a client focused lens.
