Rupa is a specialist in contentious construction and engineering work. She acts for all parts of the supply chain including major developers, main contractors and specialist sub-contractors.

Rupa regularly advises on domestic and international disputes in relation to large, highly technical and complex construction projects that are also often high value and span across multiple sectors. Whilst Rupa has experience in all forms of dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and High Court proceedings, she often advises clients on live projects, trouble shooting and offering strategic advice to avoid disputes.
