Roshani is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in Osborne Clarke’s Intellectual Property Disputes Group and joined the team in November 2021.
Roshani advises clients on all aspects of their trade mark protection, including clearance searches, registrability advice, prosecuting applications worldwide, opposition, revocation and invalidation proceedings as well as enforcement and infringement issues. Her work also includes contentious proceedings before the UK and European Intellectual Property Offices.
She is experienced with managing large, global portfolios for well-known clients across a range of industries, from media and entertainment to the retail and automotive sectors.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Roshani worked in Allen & Overy's IP Litigation Group and she trained and qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney at Boult Wade Tennant.
Roshani is an active member of CITMA and is a member of the Publications and Communications Steering Committee, the CITMA Review Working Group and CITMA's Working Group for Online Events and Lectures. Roshani also provides IP mentorship to 6 designers at the Paul Smith Foundation.
