Roisin is an Associate Director in the London banking team, with a broad range of experience acting both lender and borrower side, often on large syndicated multijurisdictional transactions.
She has experience in fund finance, corporate lending and real estate finance across a number of sectors.
Roisin joined Osborne Clarke in March 2020 from Ashurst, and has also spent time on secondment at Investec Bank.
