Rebecca has experience in a wide spectrum of real estate work.
Rebecca has considerable experience in all aspects of real estate work and has been working in the property industry for nearly 15 years.
Becky advises corporate occupiers with their occupancy requirements, investors on property acquisitions, disposals and asset management, developers and also a range of lenders. Becky has particular expertise in running large portfolio transactions.
She has also undertaken pro bono work for local charities.
Rebecca joined Osborne Clarke in July 2007 on qualification as a solicitor, having trained at Morgan Cole. She obtained a first-class honours degree in law and psychology from Oxford Brookes University.

Advised on finance facilities of £40m for a large UK retail distributor.

Acted in connection with the provision of a £42m loan to Millgate Homes.
Savills
Advised on the sale of 30 properties for over £62m to Kennedy Wilson, plus the sale of a further 5 individual properties from the same portfolio for circa £17m to buyers ranging from CBREGI to Galliard Homes.
Westbourne House
Acted in connection with the purchase of Westbourne House for £19m and the grant of a short-term lease back of the property

Advised in connection with the purchase of the entire issued share capital Carven Properties Limited for circa £20m

Provided senior debt for the management buyout of the Adapt Group and funding for subsequent acquisition
