Rebecca is a Senior Associate in the corporate team and advises on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory work. Her transactional experience includes acting on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, secondary offerings and joint ventures.
She primarily acts for listed public companies and private companies and has interests in the Built Environment, Retail & Consumer, Defence and Financial Services sectors.
Rebecca read law at the University of Warwick, including a year abroad at the University of Hong Kong. She trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified as an Associate in September 2019
Advised In the Style Group plc, the fast-growing e-commerce womenswear fashion brand, on its successful AIM listing and associated placing. Following admission, In the Style Group plc had a market capitalisation of £105 million.
Advised Equitix and EQUANS on the corporate aspects of the University of Birmingham’s £120 million student accommodation project.
Advised LDC and the other shareholders, including the ADEY senior management team, on the sale of ADEY, the UK market leader in solutions to protect water-based heating systems, to Polypipe Group plc, valuing the business at £210m.
Advised Creo Medical Group, a medical device company focused on the emerging field of surgical endoscopy, quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, on a successful fundraising to raise £36.32m by way of a placing and an open offer.
