Ralf W. Schlößer advises national and international companies as well as wealthy private individuals in succession issues and problems relating to fiscal offences. He focuses on succession and tax law optimised heritage planning on national and international layer, as well as the acquisition and sale of companies. Ralf has advised clients from the automotive industry for a many years.
He advises foreign companies on building their business in Germany, including contentious tax law advice and the set-up of subsidiaries and plant loactions.
Moreover, Ralf has extensive experience representing his clients in tax criminal law.
After studying in Münster, Ralf was a lawyer at Graf von Westphalen from 1992 to 2001. After successfully completing the tax advisor exam in 1994, he was also active as a tax advisor. He was founding partner of Osborne Clarke’s Cologne office.
Since 2008, he has been commissioned by the Cologne Chamber of Tax Advisors as a specialist in international tax law and is a member of the joint specialist committee of the Cologne, Düsseldorf and Münster Chambers of Tax Advisors for reviewing and appointing specialists in international tax law. Ralf is the co-author of the commentary on German corporate reorganisation tax law by “Haritz/Benkert”, published by Beck Verlag.
