Rachel Shepherd

Rachel is an Associate in the Real Estate team and has over 7 years' experience acting for House Builders and Registered Providers. Rachel has been at Osborne Clarke since October 2020 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in December 2022 and then cross-qualified to become a Solicitor in October 2023.

Rachel started her career dealing with Market Sales for House Builders and Shared Ownership Sales for Registered Providers. In 2022, Rachel moved into the Affordable Housing part of the Residential Development Team where she continues to act for both House Builders and Registered Providers dealing with various affordable transactions including Golden Brick and Turnkey Transfers and assisting on the acquisition and disposal of residential development land.

I worked with OC Solutions to develop the Golden Brick Hub, which is a case management system that streamlines the golden brick and turnkey buying and selling processes. This has been a really useful tool in helping us complete these transactions for clients quicker and more efficiently.

I am a member of Osborne Clarke's Inclusion Allies Programme and OC Pride committee. I am learning how to be an active ally and am passionate about building an inclusive and diverse workplace.
