Portia Durand-Henry

Portia is a Senior Associate in our Commercial team. She has experience advising on a broad range of commercial contract matters, including distribution, franchising, agency, sponsorship, regulatory, and supply of goods and services. Her work spans a number of sectors.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Portia trained at a City law firm before working in-house at a multi-national energy company and an international asset management company. During her time in-house, Portia advised on various legal matters, including general commercial, regulatory, compliance and procurement matters.

Portia joined Osborne Clarke in 2023.
