Piet is an associate in our Financial Regulatory team and is based in the Amsterdam office.

He advises on legislation regarding payments and e-money (PSD2/EMD2), investment funds (AIFMD/UCITS), and investment firms (MiFID2/MiFIR).

Piet obtained his Master degree in Financial Law from the University of Leiden. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in September 2023, Piet worked as a legal consultant at a large consulting firm.
