He also helps clients with matters they deal with on a day to day basis such as disciplinary/grievance, sickness absence and performance management issues.
Phillip has a particular expertise in employment disputes and litigation and has advised clients for many years on discrimination, equal pay, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims at Employment Tribunals throughout the UK and at the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Phillip leads our Employment Tribunal Management Service – a bespoke service with an exemplary track record of success run by experienced senior lawyers providing clients with expert strategic and day to day legal representation at every stage of the Employment Tribunal process with legal fees agreed in advance. A key feature of the Service is on practical steps clients can take to reduce the likelihood of claims arising in the future.
