Paulina Wróblewska

Paulina is a trainee attorney-at-law specialising in energy and environmental law with a particular focus on renewable energy sector.

Paulina assists RES sector investors with legal aspects of the investment process, with a particular focus on regulatory matters. She is involved in due diligence, including projects for wind farms, photovoltaic farms and biogas power plants.

Paulina participates in M&A transactions and in projects of acquiring financing for RES installations. She is experienced in conducting license proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
