Paula Margolis

Paula is our International Key Client Knowledge Lawyer. She is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of legal and market insights and knowledge products to the firm's international clients.

Paula has over a decade of experience as a product liability litigator, representing businesses and insurers across the medical device, pharmaceutical and consumer products sectors. She has a keen interest in product safety and liability, group actions and third party litigation funding.

Following her time in practice, Paula became a corporate and public affairs lawyer in 2022. She is highly experienced in authoring client-focused articles and publications on legal and regulatory developments. She joined Osborne Clarke in 2025.
