Paul joined Osborne Clarke in January 2021 to create the insolvency and restructuring department in the Paris office along with Nassim Ghalimi, Partner. Paul is specialised in insolvency and restructuring since he started his career as a lawyer in 2013.
Paul has worked on many large-scale cases in various sectors such as automotive, airline, printing or retail industries.
He advises companies facing difficulties, as well as buyers aiming to acquire the assets and activities of insolvent companies, shareholders, creditors or managers facing liability for shortfall of assets or personal sanctions.
He has a perfect knowledge of all the players in the French insolvency environment.
He is a member of the Association of Young professionals in Restructuring.

Advised Fives group (a French multi-sector industrial group) in the acquisition of the assets and activities of the Ateliers de Constructions du Petit Parc company (Manoir group) under insolvency proceedings and specialised in the manufacture, sale and installation of industrial boiler-making and piping in the nuclear sector.
