Oscar Widén Einarsson

Oscar works with all aspects of company law, with a primary focus on private M&A and venture capital.

Oscar advises on a range of corporate matters, and has advised clients extending from startups to listed companies. He has assisted several companies in the life science and healthcare, environment, and tech, media, and comms sector with their corporate transactions and financing.

Oscar has Degree of Master of Laws and a Master of Medicine within Biomedicine from the University of Gothenburg.

Before joining Osborne Clarke, he gained experience at a law firm based in Stockholm. He also has legal work experience from both the US and China.
