Oscar joined Osborne Clarke Spain in 2013 and specialises in commercial and corporate law.
He provides legal advice on purchase and sale of companies, investment and divestment of assets by national and international corporations or private equity funds in Spanish and international companies, and restructurings in various industrial sectors. He also has expertise in dealing with shareholders’ conflicts and in the negotiation of commercial contracts.
He was educated at the Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona, graduating in law in 2006, then obtained an LLM in International Business Law from Queen Mary University, London, 2009.
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
