Orestis is a dual-qualified (England & Wales / Greece) Associate in our Real Estate team. He has expertise in the telecoms, investment and retail sectors.

He advises commercial clients on all aspects of their commercial property transactions, including asset management and investment, corporate occupier, landlord and tenant matters and real estate tax.

Orestis has focussed experience on telecoms matters and has been acting for one of the biggest telecoms operators in UK since he joined Osborne Clarke in 2017. Since 2022 Orestis has being leading this client's telecoms team within Osborne Clarke.

Orestis has experience in renewable energy projects (Solar Farms and Battery Storage developments.)

I have assisted clients to embrace legal tech through OC Solutions. My experience has shown me how legal tech can improve both the client's every day aspects of a transaction/project and how it can also assist Osborne Clarke with running multiple transactions in a more efficient way. I'm keen for this to become the norm across all clients.

I am also assisting with the paralegal training and alternative routes to qualification programme within Osborne Clarke. This is a valuable experience for me as it allows me to help the lawyers of tomorrow from an array of backgrounds learn more about a career and success in Law.
