Oliver Dawson

Olly is an Associate in the Banking and Finance team in our Bristol office.

Olly has broad experience in corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance. He regularly advises banks, debt funds, sponsors, investors and corporate borrowers across a wide range of bilateral and syndicated financing transactions and general corporate banking facilities. Many of his transactions involve a cross-border element.

Olly trained with Osborne Clarke and qualified as a solicitor in September 2021
