Odhran is a Senior Associate in our Commercial team. He has particular expertise in commercial contracts, technology and intellectual property, with a primary focus on negotiating transactions in those spaces.

Odhran has extensive experience negotiating and advising on IT outsourcing, cloud and SaaS services, software licencing, IP acquisitions and licencing, broadcast licencing, video game acquisitions, hardware supply, large scale events, marketing & sponsorship.

Odhran qualified in 2020 and joined Osborne Clarke in 2023. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke Odhran qualified at an international law firm, worked in-house for an international SaaS supplier, worked in private practice in Australia and gained further in-house experience on secondment at Diageo.
