Niklas Demmer, LL.M.

Niklas Demmer advises national and international clients in all areas of real estate law with a focus on real estate-related transactions, project developments and commercial tenancy law.

He specialises in real estate-related transactions. In this field, a focus of his work is the structuring and execution of due diligence processes. Another focus of his work is the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts in the field of commercial tenancy law.

He advises national and international investors, project developers, asset and investment managers as well as the public sector.

Niklas studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, during which he worked at the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport and at various leading law firms in the field of real estate law in Düsseldorf and Hamburg. He was admitted to the bar in 2025.
