Having joined Osborne Clarke in 2020 Nicola brings a wealth of experience to the already highly rated Property Disputes team

Nicola's practice focuses on the Electronic Communications Code, commercial landlord and tenant dispute resolution including lease renewals, dilapidation claims, break notices, forfeiture, service charge disputes, general commercial property portfolio management and a range of real property disputes including breaches of restrictive covenants and easement issues.

Nicola works in the telecoms sector which is constantly evolving and works in close co-ordination with clients keeping up to date with all the changes as they happen.  As an expert in property disputes Nicola is often called up to advise on all stages of litigation, mediation and arbitration.
