Nicola brings over 10 years of experience in the workforce solutions sector. She advises both suppliers and users of contingent workers, including traditional staffing suppliers, consultancies, talent platforms, and umbrella companies.

Nicola's areas of expertise encompass managing labour law, tax, and regulatory risks. She has a profound understanding of staffing supply chains, enabling her to provide comprehensive and informed advice on staffing supply chain tax risks across a wide range of businesses and sectors. 

Nicola completed her LPC in 2012. She spent a decade in the workforce solutions sector before qualifying as a lawyer via the SQE route in 2023, a year after joining Osborne Clarke.
