Neil O'Sullivan is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Disputes team. He has particular expertise in media and information disputes.

Neil advises clients on the full range of media and information disputes, including defamation, misuse of private information, harassment and breach of confidence. He is listed as a Key Lawyer for Reputation Management in Legal500 and frequently supports companies and individuals facing reputational issues arising from print, broadcast and social media.

Neil also advises on data protection disputes and regularly supports companies in responding to cyber-attacks, from initial incident response through to regulatory investigations and follow-on litigation.

Alongside his specialism in media and information law, Neil also has extensive experience advising on complex and high-value commercial disputes.
