Natasha Burbidge

Natasha is an Associate Director in the Employment Team in Bristol and advises on a broad range of employment and HR matters.

This includes advising on the legal and practical aspects of day-to-day HR issues such as recruitment and retention, disciplinary issues, grievances, employee termination, redundancy and unfair dismissal. She has particular experience in contentious work and provides strategic advice to employers on managing potential conflicts and defending employment tribunal claims. She also advises companies on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

Natasha previously spent time on secondment to Osborne Clarke’s offices in Silicon Valley and San Francisco and continues to work closely with our international offices and partner firms to advise on international expansion issues.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke Natasha trained at Maclay Murray & Spens (now Dentons), where she qualified in September 2014. She joined Osborne Clarke in March 2015.
