Nat is a Senior Associate in our Incentives team, advising on all aspects of employee and executive remuneration.

Nat primarily advises on the design, implementation and operation of share schemes, management incentive arrangements and bonus plans. She also regularly advises on the impact of corporate transactions, acquisitions, disposals and investments on employee and executive incentive arrangements.

Additionally, Nat advises clients in relation to their employment tax and corporate governance queries, including the tax treatment of shares and securities acquired in an employment context.

Nat is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers group.
