Mayank is an associate in our Financial Institutions Group. His focus is the formation and operation of investment funds and carried interest vehicles.

Mayank joined Osborne Clarke as a paralegal in September 2021 before starting his training contract in September 2022 and qualifying in September 2024. Prior to qualifying, Mayank worked on a range of transactional, advisory and disputes matters within our Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory Disputes, Tax, and Funds teams.

During his training contract Mayank also undertook a secondment to OC Solutions; Osborne Clarke's in-house legal-tech and innovation team.

Having completed a secondment with Osborne Clarke's legal innovation team, OC Solutions, I have a thorough understanding of how legal technology can be leveraged to deliver excellent client service. I am also a member of the Bristol office's charity committee and a mentor with the GROW Mentoring scheme.
