Mathilda Davidson

Mathilda is an experienced life sciences and intellectual property licensing and transactional lawyer.
She advises on research collaborations, licensing and IP transactional issues in the life sciences and wider IP industries. Mathilda has a particular focus on strategic research and development, collaboration and licensing deals in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries
Mathilda has experience acting for life sciences businesses large and small, including international pharmaceutical businesses as well as a range of UK and European biotech companies. She regularly provides them with day-to-day support on IP agreements, such as research agreements, academic collaborations, MTAs, arrangements with CROs, student sponsorships etc.
She has also previously spent time on in-house secondment at Cancer Research Horizons (part of Cancer Research UK) advising on R&D partnerships with the UK and international research communities and commercialisation deals with industry. This includes an innovative international collaboration with public cancer registries around the world and the UN's International Agency for Research on Cancer.
