Mark Lloyd

Mark is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke's commercial litigation practice and has significant experience in advising clients in relation to a wide range of High Court, arbitration and expert determination disputes.
He is particularly experienced in handling disputes in the energy sector and those involving contentious data protection issues.
Mark joined Osborne Clarke in September 2013 and qualified as a solicitor in 2015, having previously served as a Tornado GR4 pilot in the Royal Air Force.
He is well-regarded for the breadth of his expertise, evidenced by a Senior Legal Counsel at a national electricity generator and gas supplier commenting that:
[Mark] is really good; hard working, drafts well and thinks independently.
