Mariona has been a member of Osborne Clarke's employment team as a lawyer specialized in Employment and Social Security Law since February 2020.
Mariona has experience in providing advice to national and international clients in several sectors of activity in the field of Employment Law and Human Resources. As a litigator, she has advised major clients on employment litigation proceedings and provided legal assistance in Social Court proceedings.
She obtained her law degree and LLM from ESADE Law School (Barcelona), graduating in 2011. Before joining Osborne Clarke, she worked as a labour lawyer at PwC Tax & Legal Services and at Pedrosa Lagos Abogados.
Mariona is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2011.
