Marie-Claire is a commercial and technology lawyer. She is an Associate Director in Osborne Clarke's Commercial team, specialising in data protection, exploitation of data, intellectual property rights, software and technology transactions, licensing arrangements, and general commercial contracts.
Marie-Claire advises clients in a variety of sectors, with a primary focus in the smart mobility, telecoms, and financial services sectors. She also advises in the ad-tech and digital healthcare sectors.
Marie-Claire's experience also includes advising on large scale multi-jurisdictional projects for a variety of market-leading clients worldwide. She has recently completed work on an innovative 3-year EU Commission H2020-funded Mobility as a Service (MaaS) project, "MyCorridor", working as a lead legal adviser to the project, providing wide-ranging legal guidance, in areas such as data protection, competition law and liability.
