Having joined Osborne Clarke's tax team in May 2022, Maria provides legal advice on tax matters both for corporates and individuals, and has developed a strong practice in private client and family run companies.
María has a strong experience advising high-profile clients, both domestic and international, in establishing tax strategies to better protect their position before the Spanish Tax Authorities. In particular, she advises on taxation for domestic and non-resident individuals and groups as well as individuals on personal taxation in the field of international mobility.
Today, María applies that wealth of knowledge to her role as Associate Lawyer in the Tax area of Osborne Clarke. In doing so, she has worked with a wealth of high-profile clients, both nationally and internationally.
In 2019 she obtained the specialisation Master in Tax Consultancy and Management ESADE Business & Law School (Barcelona).
Before joining Osborne Clarke, María worked as Tax lawyer at KPMG Abogados S.L.P and Ernst & Young Abogados S.L.P.
María is a member of the Córdoba Bar Association.
