Luke Webb

Luke is an Associate in our Projects team. He advises clients in the renewable and low-carbon energy sector.

Luke's expertise includes the complex regulatory framework of the energy markets and commercial matters across the lifecycle of an energy project, such as grid connection and offtake arrangements. He also advises on construction arrangements for energy projects, including standard form construction contracts, such as EPC, and operational and asset management issues.

He acts for a variety of clients, including large generators, energy investors, and innovative new entrants to the UK energy market. His work covers the full spectrum of technologies including solar, wind, hydrogen, and battery storage.

Luke qualified at Osborne Clarke in March 2024 after completing his training contract with the firm.

I play an active role in a number of subsector teams, including the Hydrogen transformation project, and also help to edit the 'Energy Transition', our weekly update of regulatory and market news across the Energy sector.
