Lucy is a Senior Associate in our competition team.
She advises on all aspects of competition law including compliance, distribution strategy, merger control and State aid.
Lucy provides support to clients across a range of sectors with particular experience supporting clients active in the digital and retail sectors.
Lucy's work has included providing compliance advice to global brands, including advising on the implementation of compliance programmes. She also regularly helps clients navigate the process of responding to competition authorities, where she has had experience supporting clients through investigations, market studies and merger clearance applications, including a successful UK Phase II clearance.
Lucy joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in 2016 before qualifying as an Associate in 2018.
