Lucie joined Osborne Clarke Paris’ office in 2019 and specialized in commercial and criminal litigation.
She advises national and international clients in pre-litigation and litigation cases before criminal, civil and commercial courts (harassment, fraud, unfair competition, termination of established commercial relations, corporate disputes).
Lucie also advises companies in implementing anti-bribery programs (whistleblowing systems, code of conducts, trainings, third-parties assessment procedures, internal investigations) and advices in risk assessment.
