Louise Rose

Louise started her journey as a trainee at OC and is now a Commercial Property Senior Associate based in the Thames Valley office. Her expertise lies in handling diverse aspects of real estate transactions, with a specific focus on asset management transactions for investor clients. Louise's skill set also encompasses a wide range of landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, as well as corporate occupier deals, including flexible workspace arrangements.

In her role, Louise takes the lead and provides assistance on asset management deals for real estate investors. She works closely with all parties involved, including clients, agents, solicitors, and surveyors, to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of transactions in a proactive manner. 

Furthermore, Louise frequently collaborates with clients who are seeking corporate occupier space. She guides them through the entire process, starting from the initial property review and extending to the formal acquisition of the property.

With her extensive experience in landlord and tenant matters, Louise handles a wide array of cases in this domain. This includes offering her commercial property expertise to corporate colleagues within the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

In my role, I have the privilege of supervising all the property trainees at the Thames Valley office, ensuring they receive the guidance and support they need to excel in their careers. Additionally, I am proud to be a part of the OC REACH team, a vital component in establishing our firm as the preferred choice for clients.
