Lisa is an Associate Director in the Real Estate team and has over 17 years' experience of acting for house builders in the acquisition and disposal of residential development land.  Lisa has specialised in affordable housing transactions for the last 9 years. Lisa qualified as a Lawyer in 2006 and for the whole of her career has specialised in residential development. She has been at Osborne Clarke since 2007.

Lisa has a vast amount of experience in dealing with affordable sales for large national housebuilders.  Lisa also acts for Registered Providers when acquiring affordable homes.

Lisa has experience in dealing with standard s.106 acquisitions and disposals.  Lisa also has significant experience in acting on complex joint venture and consortium deals with lengthy build programmes and complex legal structures.
