Len Wierwille, M.I.Tax

Len Wierwille advises clients in all matters of German tax law, including transfer pricing, with a specific focus on international tax aspects, such as cross-border (re-) structurings, withholding taxes, and double taxation treaties.
In the context of German tax law, Len advises clients of all sectors.
Len studied tax law at the Tax Academy of Lower Saxony (Dipl.-Finanzwirt (StAk)) from August 2017 until July 2020 and later obtained a Master of International Taxation at the University of Hamburg (M.I.Tax). After completing his initial studies, Len worked in the income tax department of a Tax Office in Lower Saxony until August 2022. Afterwards, he worked in the international tax practice group of a multidisciplinary tax, legal, and accounting firm in Hamburg.
Len joined Osborne Clarke in the Hamburg office in March 2025. He was admitted tax advisor in February 2024.
The corporate world of tomorrow will continue to be strongly shaped by international relations. In this environment, I aim to find suitable tax solutions and mitigate the risks associated with this field.
