Leila Ghannam

Leila is an Associate in our Employment team and is based in Bristol.

Leila advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance issues. She drafts and negotiates employment documentation such as contracts, policies and settlement agreements and is experienced in advising on the employment law issues that arise from corporate transactions.

Leila also assists with defending claims in the Employment Tribunal and has co-ordinated cross jurisdictional projects for a number of clients. Leila has also assisted with delivering client training on employment-related topics.

Leila studied Law at the University of Bristol before going on to complete the LPC at BPP Law School. She then joined the firm as a trainee in 2021 and qualified as an Associate in our Employment Team in September 2023. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

I have worked in collaboration with our in-house legal tech team to develop innovative platforms, including for business development initiatives in the Retail and Consumer sector. I have also assisted with pro-bono work as a trainee and have continued my involvement as an Associate in the team.
