Lee is an experienced pensions lawyer advising employers, trustees and product providers on all aspects of pensions law and practice. He has particular expertise in buy-ins, defined contribution consolidation exercises and bulk transfers and scheme mergers.
Lee also advises on scheme funding and contingent assets, liability management exercises including benefit redesign and scheme closures and corporate restructuring.
He is a member of the association of pension lawyers public sector sub committee and advises on public sector pension schemes including the pensions aspects of outsourcing, transfers of services and corporate restructuring.
Before qualifying as a lawyer, Lee has worked in pensions administration and professional pension trusteeship.
