Having joined Osborne Clarke in 2023, Lea concentrates her practice on Life Sciences, with a particular focus on strategic regulatory advice.
She regularly assists pharmaceutical and medical device companies with regulatory matters related to market access, clinical trials, advertising, compliance and anti-gift rules.
In particular, Lea advises clients regarding their interactions with the regulatory authorities for establishing commercial pharmaceutical operations in France and obtaining marketing authorizations.
She holds a Master 2 degree in General Private Law from University Pantheon-Assas and completed her Master thesis on the study of the product recall procedures. She also taught Contract Law in Paris-East Créteil University (UPEC) in 2018.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in 2023, Lea worked in the Litigation department of an international law firm in Paris where she dealt with civil proceedings in relation to product liability claims.
She also worked in a “niche” law firm, where she assisted healthcare professionals (pharmacists, surgeons…) in their legal operations with the French regulatory authorities.
