Laurent is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team in Brussels, specialising in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), venture capital, public offerings, corporate reorganisations, corporate and security law, and corporate finance.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, he worked in the M&A Department of a leading Belgian firm.
Laurent holds a Master’s degree in Law and an LLM in Corporate law from the Free University of Brussels (ULB) and a University Certificate in Banking and Finance law from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL).
