Laura Valeske

Laura Valeske is a Legal Project Manager in our specialised, central project management unit. In this position, she is dedicated to the efficient and successful handling of mandates.  

Her expertise lies in streamlining processes, leveraging technology and meticulous budget management, with a specialised focus on venture capital, M&A and corporate law.  

Laura holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in International Business from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (Oestrich-Winkel) and Business Administration from the University of Louisville. She also obtained a Master in Finance from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.   

Before joining Osborne Clarke, Laura worked as a Venture Developer and Head of Finance at a dynamic entertainment start-up in Berlin. This experience in a start-up equips her with a customer-centered and efficient approach and a strong affinity for technology.
