Laura joined Osborne Clarke in 2012 and specializes in international M&A transactions as well as in corporate governance matters with respect to listed companies.
During her years of experience advising in M&A transactions, she has worked with a variety of high-profile clients, including a listed company in Spain which is one of the world leaders in plasma-based products. She also advises this client on a broad range of matters related to corporate governance.
Laura was seconded to our London office in 2014, where she worked in the corporate team and assisted in M&A transactions.
